We too were overstimulated and overwhelmed, brought too much work home, struggled with keeping up on the house chores and dinner, and did zero things that we enjoyed outside of school. We finally realized that if we were going to live more energetic and balanced lives, we needed to learn different routines, time management, and stress relieving strategies. Hi Teacher Mama! I remember the time when my kids were a bit younger and wrestling with the, “how much work am I actually going to make them do around the house” I knew their school load was going to get heavier and felt bad for making them go to school and then come home and do more work. Then my husband and I were  finding it harder and harder to keep up the house chores on our own and knew something had to change. If you are in this headspace right now, this is going to be a great episode for you and the kids. We are going to go through some bible verses about chores, laziness, messiness, cleanliness and even a little bonus verse at the end. So stick around if you need this little reminder today about what God has to say about our kids and work, you're gonna love it!
