This week on our IG we focused on gratitude. It is both an easy and sometimes challenging place to start improving our mindsets and help us feel more joy and fulfillment in our lives. We compiled our top 5 gratitude practices and Roberta released this episode back in November of 2022. It felt so relevant to what we are discussing over on our IG page that we thought we would release the episode again.
