Today, we are excited to chat with Catherine. Catherine teaches Arts and Humanities to Pre-k through 5th grade students and we wanted to bring her on because the work she is doing in the classroom is so unique, powerful, and fun! But we also wanted to chat with her because of the way she uses what she preaches about Mindfulness practices herself.
