Episode 22: (Teacher) How to ’self-care’ during the school day.
In this episode Ashley talks strategies to use during the school day or at home to help combat stress. She gives specific tips for you to use between classes, during prep, before/after school or to add to your morning and night time routine. Self Care shouldn't only happen once or twice in a day, so listen in to see how you can easily incorporate it into those 1-2 minute pockets of time!
